These days, many students apply to 10 to 15 different colleges and universities. As overwhelming as it is for the student, most parents are also at a loss. How do you know which are the right schools? How do you get in? How do you complete everything in time? It is common to feel overwhelmed during this process. Getting admitted to colleges, especially highly competitive ones, seems to get more difficult every year. It is critical that students “put their best foot forward” when completing applications. There are many steps on this journey and it can be daunting to try to manage it alone. With a well-planned selection of schools, we begin the process of completing and submitting applications with your student. Completing the college application essays is one of the more challenging parts of the application process. We utilize specialized techniques to help your students come up with distinctive and personalized essay topics and then to develop interesting, unique essays that are well written and differentiate them from the pack, helping to make their applications stand out!

We will also keep close track of the deadlines and necessary steps for all of the schools to which your student is applying. We will help guide students and parents in making sure that all of the details are taken care of, such as submitting standardized test scores and letters of recommendation, making sure your child’s school sends transcripts and counselor’s recommendations, filling out all of the data on the various applications, submitting AP test scores, and paying the appropriate application fees. We track the submission dates, review your student’s online applications before submission, and make sure that nothing is missed.

Are you a transfer student? Well, let us help! Our transfer students undergo a similar process, though it typically involves more interaction between the colleges to know which classes transfer. We’ve done it many times, and we’re here to help and make that transfer a reality.
