Chris started his tutoring career while pursuing a Mathematics degree at Seton Hall University. After graduating with a double major in Mathematics and Economics, he joined the program Teach for America where he taught 7t h grade math in the South Bronx. Through that experience, Chris learned effective strategies for teaching mathematics, including ways to help students of all levels feel more confident about their coursework. After leaving New York, Chris received his Master’s degree in Economics from USC with the goal of performing data analytics in education policy. Subjects he tutors range from basic algebra through calculus. He also helps students prepare for the math sections of the SAT and ACT standardized tests. Chris strives for his students to not only get through their coursework, but also have a deep understanding of the material to better prepare them for their future in math with confidence!.
