School Hub and Study Center

Many families feel strongly that their children will do far better if they have a place to go on school days rather than doing their entire school day from home. We welcome students to come to the Synergy Academics tutoring center in West Hills for their school day. A typical day might include:

• Students login to their school’s online class using laptops that they bring from home or one of the computers at our center. Using headphones and seated in a private area (safely distanced from other students and staff), students will be able to participate in their online courses in a distraction-free environment where they can focus without disruption.
• After online instruction is complete, students work independently in our study center where there is always a proctor supervising. The quiet, distraction-free study center is an ideal place for students to complete their homework. Additionally, the proctor is available to answer questions and offer assistance with school work.
• Multiple students may be in the study center at the same time but they will be carefully distanced from one another. Being in a learning environment where there are other students similarly engaged provides more incentive for students to stay focused on their work and perform to their highest academic potential.
